PREMISES LIABILITY

WHAT IS THE DUTY OF CARE?

The term premises liability usually describes accidents which occur on someone else’s property, such as in a store, shopping mall, or restaurant. It can also include an injury that occurs on property outside those premises, such as a parking lot or on a sidewalk. Most personal injury law offices carry a large number of personal injury cases any given time. However for the client, this is not always good. There is only one case that matters, and that is yours.

At Nichols law offices, we very selectively limit our case intake to ensure each client receives the most careful and detailed attention to get you the highest recovery possible.
